Addie and I love running the Pattycake Doll Co. We've often said it's just about the best job there could be... I mean after all, what could be better than dolls and toys? We know that there's going to be a really happy kid at the end of the line when the packages we mail out get 'there!'
But if we had to do something else, I think designing toys would come in a real close second. I would love to be able to be the guy who could take credit for designing these learning shoes, they're just the perfect learn to dress activity toy.
I love that the laces are on a shoe, and that they can actually pull the shoes onto their own feet. The same with the velcro. That's how they're going to eventually have to do it for real right? And the button? It's really big, perfect for the youngest learners. The zipper has a big, stuffed satin star to pull on, the snap pocket is big enough to hide a decent sized 'surprise' treat, and the shoes are machine washable. Bright primary colors to 'teach,' nice and soft, even the tie shoe/velcro shoe 'faces' are different!
