She'd dressed it in her new bright red Sari, with its matching choli bodice and long silk pallu, and the adorable bronze open toed sandals. She had done her research on the internet, she knew that saris were the oldest recorded women's dresses in history, that bright red saris like hers were used as wedding dresses in Northern India, she had even gotten a little stick-on bindi at the mall shops for both herself and her doll.
