None of us knew that it's been 50 years since Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer was first shown on TV. I guess we all figured he'd always been on, and that as soon as the next Christmas rolled around he'd be on again.

And it certainly never occurred to Addie or I that we might 'want our own' plush Rudolph.

But then we heard from some folks in the warehouse: "We want one!"

And then the ladies in accounting: "Can we please buy  a set for our office?"

And that's when Addie and I realized that these were pretty special - if our staff wants them, then you'll want them too.

So what's so special?
  • Super cute. I don't remember the cartoon Rudolph looking so darn cute, but then again it's been years since I watched the cartoon with my kids.
  • Baby Safe and super soft...  always a popular combination for a kid's toy
  • Machine Washable. If you're going to give Rudolph to a baby who might stick it his mouth, machine washable is good. If you're going to use Rudolph as Christmas Holiday decor year after year, machine washable is good.
  • Speaking of decor, Rudolph is already in a 'sitting position.' Easy to plop on the mantle, or in the kitchen or anywhere else you normally put your holiday decoratations.
  • And finally... he's just so bright and smiley and soft and cute that he puts everyone in a good mood. I think that's why he's so popular around our office. Who wouldn't want a little bit of Rudolph's holiday cheer sitting nearby?
